I'm Marcus Chong, a CEA licensed property agent (Reg. No. R073306Z) with ERA Singapore. I work island-wide with sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants across HDB, condo, landed and commercial. Honest advice, no pressure, and I actually reply.

I come with a few things most agents don't. I'm a tech enthusiast who runs my own home lab, deploys Unifi stacks and sets up smart home solutions for clients, from Wi-Fi and security cameras to smart locks and Sonos audio. I've been shooting professionally since 2012 and run my own media company, so your listing photos and Matterport 3D tours are produced in-house, not farmed out. And as co-founder of JustRentLah, Singapore's most-loved camera rental house with over 1,000 five-star reviews across multiple platforms, I know what keeps customers coming back.

The name

Why "The Big Friendly Agent"?

Yes, it is a nod to The BFG. It fit for two reasons: I am big and tall, and I have always been the friendly one. I treat people the way I would want to be treated, and if something does not sit right I will say so, even if it costs me the deal. No pressure, no jargon, no agent who only calls when there is a commission in it.

2026 marks a new chapter. After years co-running JustRentLah I officially started my property journey, doing it in a way that feels true to me.
