Buyer representation is 1% + GST, agreed upfront. In many cases the value comes back to you through better negotiation and avoiding costly mistakes.
Should I buy first or sell first?
It depends on your finances, timeline, and risk appetite. I'll run the numbers with you for both paths, including ABSD and bridging considerations, then you decide.
Can you help first-time buyers?
Absolutely. First-timers are some of my favourite clients. I explain every step in plain language and never rush you into a decision.
How do you decide a fair offer?
I look at recent transacted prices for similar units, current demand, and the seller's situation, then advise an offer that is competitive but not over the odds.
Do you cover the whole of Singapore?
Yes. I work all over the island, from HDB heartlands to city-fringe condos and landed estates.
