Honest view, no hard sell

Beach Road has a distinctive character - heritage buildings, a mix of hospitality and commercial, and quick access to City Hall and Bugis. A freehold redevelopment here is rare enough to attract genuine interest from buyers who want a central address without Orchard Road pricing. Unit sizes and layout are what I would scrutinise most closely - city-centre projects can sometimes squeeze layouts in ways that look fine on paper and less fine when you are living there. Ask to see the floor plates before deciding.
