Honest view, no hard sell
One of the larger new launches in D15. The integrated design and proximity to Paya Lebar MRT make it a strong rental proposition. SingHaiyi has delivered well on previous projects. My honest caution: with over 1,000 units, there can be more supply hitting the rental market at the same time when TOP comes. That is not a dealbreaker, but factor it into your yield calculations. Compare the psf against The Continuum - you are paying for freehold tenure there versus the size and MRT integration here.
