Newport Residences is a freehold project in the Tanjong Pagar and Anson Road belt, right on the CBD fringe. That is a genuinely rare combination, freehold tenure this close to the financial district does not come along often. CDL has the experience to execute here. The tenant pool is corporate and international given the location, so rental demand should be resilient, but the psf will price in both the freehold premium and the CBD address. Worth comparing directly against other D02 options before committing.
